Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Assembled products cannot be returned. Custom or special-order items are final sale.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production or processing.
